We have not installed or run this mod. Everything here comes from the author's README and source, read on 2026-10-02. Mods run with your permissions: read the code and run claude plugin validate before installing.
What it does
- When a reply contains a complete Mermaid code block, it is drawn in place as a diagram.
- You can switch to ASCII, change colors, or lay the diagram out horizontally.
Requirements
- Interactive sessions; colors are terminal-only.
Good to know
- Diagram types the rendering library doesn't support are left as code.
- Diagrams wider than the terminal are cut off on the right, with a note saying how many columns were dropped.
- Rendering is local, but Claude still spends tokens writing the Mermaid code.
How to get it
- Clone galElmalah/claude-mods and load the claude-mermaid folder.
